Merakie Seven is a cannabis-inspired product. Our hope is to bring a bit of high-class to any casual gatherings. With an intricate design, we hope to blaze a trail for cannabis to be seen as a top-shelf item.
Making Merakie 7 was full of challenges, confusion, and acceptance. One of the challenges was where do I begin. What brand did I want to create to show off my creativity? I was very interested in the cannabis industry which lead me to create Merakie Seven. While brainstorming I wanted to bring a classy style to my packaging. I went with a roaring 20's theme with a modern twist.
Merakie Seven had many different designs before I settled on one. I took inspiration from the 1920's Art Deco style with a combination of organic structures throughout my process of creating this product. Wanting to keep the theme of 'lucky number 7" I added an 'e' to the word meraki.
The word meraki definition is to put one's soul or creativity into one's work or passion.
